*Book Review*

This book didn't focus on growing long hair but more on how to look after natural hair whilst keeping the use of chemicals to a minimum.
This book was great for facts and, was the best of all the books for exploring hairstyling variety. Also the brilliant thing about this book was that it had various photographs of the author's natural hair in different styles. This book was also good for historical facts which were supported by a good list of references. I liked the fact that this book talks about appreciating the benefits of weaves and extensions and explains both their positives and negatives on natural hair.
As much as loved all the information on natural ingredients for haircare and the info on chemicals, some people might find this book a little too anti-chemicals. Also there isn't much focus on internal haircare such as food and vitamins.

Out of ten I rate this book...
7.5/10
