Brendon O'Connell Gagged Again

After having been informed that he was free to upload video material to the Internet so long as any such material was not related to his ongoing court case, Brendon O'Connell was arrested and temporary incarcerated last weekend for supposedly "breaching" this bail condition. After appearing before Perth Magistrates Court last Monday, the original bail condition whereby Brendon is forbidden from uploading any material whatsoever to the Internet was re-invoked and will remain in place until the conclusion of his trial in August.

The supposed "breach" of Brendon's bail condition occurred after he had uploaded the video below to his YouTube account. Viewers can decide for themselves whether or not Brendon's arrest, temporary incarceration and subsequent gagging was justified.
For the record, I, Jim Kerr, webmaster of FugaziQuo.Com have operated this blog since Brendon was first denied his right to free-speech by Perth Magistrates Court in November 2009. Although Brendon is subject to the edicts of Australian law, I am not, and will continue to post information here as I see fit. Obviously I will not be posting any information that would compromise or jeapordise Brendon in any way.
