NATURAL HAIR PRODUCT SHOPPING
-- KINKY CURLY HAS LANDED IN LONDON!!!! --

Last week I made a quick visit to Dalston with a shopping list as follows:
  • Shea Butter (from the market)

  • Lustersilk Cholesterol

  • A (cheap) Deep Conditioner
I was pretty successful and managed to tick off all the items for a total of about
£5.50
.

This trip wasn't about organic goodness, it was simply about getting the job done on a budget with basic products that I don't mind wasting. I prefer to save my best products for when I'm doing my hair with proper time and consideration.
I don't like wasting my favourite products on quick fix hair dos, and recently I've been so busy, I've had little time to do anything else.

I also treated myself to a few extra bits.
ORS HAIRepair Nourishing Conditioner £1, Turban £1.99,
Banana Clip £0.99

But the highlight of my morning has to be finding Kinky Curly Products on the shop shelf

***STOP THE FREAKIN' PRESS!!!!!***
***KINKY CURLY PRODUCTS ON THE SHELVES IN LONDON!!!***
I don't know if I'm late discovering this but I DO know I'm very VERY happy!
I bought into the YouTube "hype" around
Kinky Curly Knot Today - Leave In Conditioner
last year and I wasn't disappointed.

Whether you're into Kinky Curly Products or not, I definitely consider this a break through. My shopping experience just got some added variety and it could mean we're just moments away from seeing Shea Moisture, Original Moxie or even Entwined products here in the UK.
Sometimes it can be so frustrating watching my favourite State-side YouTubers talk about great products that are out of my reach, but maybe I wont have to wait for too much longer.

WHERE?
I spotted it in a shop called
Beauty Queen Cosmetics
40-42 Kingsland High Street Dalston, London E8
Next to McDonalds & Opposite Dalston/Kingsland Station

HOW MUCH?
The Kinky Curly Knot Today was
£12.99
I think the other products in the range were the same price.
Its about the same price as online, but minus the extra couple ££'s you'd pay for postage + packaging -"Every little helps."
Have you spotted Kinky Curly anywhere else in the UK?
